In Cusco, Peru, Sophie Shrestha (11) pets an alpaca at an Incan ruin site. She went to visit Peruvian Hearts, a foundation for girls’ education, and got the chance to explore along the way. “It was interesting, seeing the Incan cities and terraces built into the mountains,” Sophie said. “Plus, the alpacas were very cute.”
